1. Acceptance of Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any access to the application.

3. Description of the Service

Restore Old Photos provides consumer photo restoration features, including restoration modes such as renew and preserve, result previews, history, and related save or share functions.

Restoration results are generated automatically and may vary depending on the source image, selected options, device conditions, and service availability.

4. User Content and License

4.1 User Content

User Content includes source photos you upload, restoration task parameters, related metadata, and restored outputs generated by the service.

4.2 Ownership

• You retain ownership of the original photos you upload.
• Subject to any third-party rights in the source material, restored outputs belong to you.
• We do not claim ownership of your original photos.

4.3 Limited License

By starting a restoration task, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit your photo over encrypted connections to api.aimiao365.com, process the photo on our servers solely to provide the requested restoration, and temporarily store relevant inputs and outputs as described in the Privacy Policy.

4.4 Your Responsibility for Content

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and process the content you submit through the service.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading content you do not have the right to use
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content
• Using the service to impersonate, defraud, harass, or violate the rights of others
• Reverse engineering, scraping, decompiling, or attempting to bypass technical protections
• Using bots, scripts, or automation to abuse the service
• Interfering with the service, security controls, or platform integrity

6. Virtual Currency, Subscriptions, and Purchases

6.1 Virtual Currency

The application may use virtual currency, including Gold Coins, to access certain features. Virtual currency has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is non-withdrawable except where required by law.

6.2 Subscriptions and Benefits

Weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription products may be offered. Active subscriptions may include recurring daily usage benefits or coin quotas.

Subscription daily coin benefits may reset daily. Unless otherwise stated in the application, unused subscription daily coins do not roll over and may expire at the end of the applicable day or subscription period.

6.3 Purchased and Promotional Credits

6.4 Auto-Renewal and Refunds

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

14. Changes to the Terms

15. Governing Law and Disputes
